Nose-to-Tail is the affiliate and partnerships consultancy of Nigel Small, based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. You can reach us at nigel@nosetotailaffiliate.com.
What information we collect
When you download a checklist or resource from this site, you provide your email address. That is the only personal information we collect. We do not collect names, payment details, or any other personal data through this website.
How we use it
Your email address is used to deliver the resource you requested and to send occasional notes on affiliate marketing, program strategy, and related topics. We will not add you to any advertising list or sell your information to third parties.
Who we share it with
Email addresses are stored and managed through Kit (formerly ConvertKit), our email service provider. Kit processes your data on our behalf in accordance with their own privacy policy. No other third parties receive your personal information.
How long we keep it
We retain your email address for as long as you remain subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send you. To request permanent deletion of your data, email nigel@nosetotailaffiliate.com and we will remove your information within 10 business days.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law (CASL and PIPEDA), you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact nigel@nosetotailaffiliate.com.
